Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping) can help alleviate pressure within the body by using the fingertips on specific meridian points in order to restore our energy flow.
​
Based on Chinese medicine, it is essential for our wellbeing that our energetic pathways are able to flow, any blockages in these, can cause disease or sickness.
It helps to restore the balance in your body (similar to acupuncture, but without the needles).
​
Together, we will create a bespoke script for you and I will show you how to 'tap' so that you can take away the method and the script to do in your own time, ideally on a daily basis.

Belief Coding® Facilitation
Transforming one belief at a time
This modality uses elements of Psychology, NLP, CBT, EFT, Meditation, Matrix Re-imprinting, Emotion Coding, Kinesiology and Energy healing.

It works with the subconscious to overcome, resolve and diffuse trapped limiting and negative beliefs.
We will work out what the core belief is that is holding you back, i.e. I'm not good enough to go for that job, because..... I'm not loveable because..... and then we will remove the emotion from this belief at the subconscious level, and code in new positive and empowering beliefs.
If you have a discomfort/problem that you would like to get to the root cause of, quickly, then this session is for you.
